What's Involved

The Summer Programme in Adamstown is aimed at providing a supervised programme of recreational and educational activities for young people.
The volunteer will be involved in the supervision of children during in house and external camp activities, which require travelling on Coaches.
We are also recruiting Junior volunteers for youths aged 14 - 17 yrs.
Supervision includes the following

  • signing the attendance register when collecting from parents in and signing them out into the care of their parents or Guardians.
  • Keeping the children orderly during activities.

    The camp will run from 16th to 20th July and 23rd to 27th July, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.

    What's required for this position

    No skill is compulsory but we need people who are committed, reliable, patient, friendly, hospitable and approachable.
    Also skills in database entry, fundraising and event planning would be welcome
