About MADRA
MADRA Dog Rescue is a non-profit organisation based in Connemara, County Galway, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming dogs in need. Since our founding in 2005, we have rescued thousands of dogs and have become a leading advocate for animal welfare in Ireland.
What's Involved
Promoting MADRA Dog Rescue through creative press releases, TV/radio, our website and social media with imaginative campaigns designed to improve animal welfare and the promotion of adopting rescue dogs and responsible pet ownership.
Creating and coordinating MADRA public events including our Fostering and Adoption Days and our annual Dogathon charity-walk with some admin work relevant to such events.
What's required for this position
Dog-lover,excellent inter personal and communication skills, computer skills,experience in networking and contacts with media an advantage, experience with PR events an advantage
