About Mendicity Institution
The Mendicity Institute works to reduce and prevent homelessness by empowering individuals to return to the workforce, as well as support homeless migrants become integrated into society.
What's Involved
Principal duties include:
• Assist vulnerable and homeless Polish migrants in accessing legal employment and helping them to overcome their difficulties.
• Assessment and support planning.
• Preparing CVs, assistance with job applications and providing advice in relation to job opportunities.
• Providing information in relation to social welfare supports, housing and training available.
What's required for this position
- Fluency in Polish is essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge around social welfare supports, housing, education and employment desirable.

- Multi-lingual/ Multi-culturalism
- Personable Skills
- Phone Support/ Information Giver
Level of English required for this role:
Intermediate English
