About Horizons (Formerly Cope Foundation)
Horizons (Formerly Cope Foundation) founded in 1957 supports over 2,800 children and adults of every ability to live ‘Your Life, Your Way’. We offer services and supports through our growing network of over 70+ locations right across Cork city and county. Our centres/supports can be found dotted throughout the city as well as: Ballincollig; Mitchelstown; Fermoy; Midleton; Cobh; Carrigaline; Douglas; Clonakilty; Bandon; Skibbereen; Macroom; Kanturk and Mallow.
Our vision is to enhance the lives of people with an intellectual disability and/or autism; working in partnership with them, their families and local communities, to provide a range of person centred services and supports. There are so many ways you can support us in making Cork a more inclusive and diverse place to live, work and learn.
