About Dublin Local Group
The Dublin Local Group provides a much-needed community service in the Dublin area by painting and renovating the homes of vulnerable people in the Dublin local community to improve their quality of life.
What's Involved
Would you like to get more involved in your local community?
Our work is done on Saturday mornings from 9.30am to 1pm. It involves cleaning, painting, decluttering, moving boxes , filling skips, gardening.
Time Commitment:
3.5 hours fortnightly, on 2 Saturday mornings per month.

What's required for this position
* An interest in decluttering would be welcome, but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good time keeping
* Be respectful of volunteers, clients and their homes

Getting there
Most jobs take place within the Dublin City catchment area. Volunteers with transportation can go directly, those without should use public transportation or avail of a lift if available.
